In your posting you have referred to Manaeus College, and if it is a typo specific to that particular post, then there is no problem. If however you mailed your letter using the same spelling it is possible that it may have gone astray. The Correct mailing address is Musaeus named after Marie Musaeus-Higgins the founder of the school. She was the author of a 2 volume publication called Stories from the History of Ceylon published by HW Cave and Co Colombo in 1928.Coincidentally I have with me the 2 volumes signed by Peter de Abrew on Jan 26 1930 and inscribed to Dr EW Arndt who was then in charge of the Victoria Memorial Eye Hospital in Colombo.
You may try contacting Ajitha de Zoysa at Associated Motorways Ltd Union Place Colombo where he and his brother Thilak are/were Directors.
