NYC mean New York? or somewhere in the US? Believe it or not....you have more resources than you know re. Sri Lanka. Most books i got (either bought 2nd hand, or borrowed so far from Worldcat) came from your part of the world. Many Universities in the US that have Asian studies Depts. and many Sri lankan books.
Also, there is a S.Asian book store that specializes in Sri Lankan books in New York. Everytime i look for Sri Lankan books on the net, i find them in NY or somewhere in the US. I live in Canada.
