Thank you for your reply re. this. I will see if Vigitha Yapa book store still has it. That would be wonderful if it is there. I will pass this info to Fazli. I have been looking, looking,....could never find that book before. Happy to get this news.

By the way...i did get a reply from University London re. copywrite/photocopy. I added a post here about it. (Just in case you know anyone that needs that info... you can pass it on).
