Margaret Hickey Born Victoria Australia/Died Ceylon (sister Emelina)

Could anyone please advise me on how to obtain a Death Cert. for my g/aunt Margaret Hickey(Sister Emelina) I was told she died in her early 20s in Ceylon of an illness. She was born c1875 in Victoria, Australia. I am doing Family Tree. Thanks Heather.
