NARTAWAKELLE (sp?) is probably the name of the Estate that he worked on and PANNALA is the name of the town where the estate was situated. Pannala is a town close to Kurunegala about an hours drive from Colombo.

KELLE (pronounced CALAIS as in French) in Sinhalese means forest and most estates in Sri Lanka have names with this as a suffix.
