Green Spurlin, b. c1795, Green Co GA, son of William Spurlin and Sarah ----; d. July 1860, LaFayette, AR; bu. Salem Cem. Plain Dealing (Bossier Parish) LA; m. in AL, Malinda Truitt, dau. of Francis Truitt and Tabitha Hearne; d. 13 Nov 1855, bu. Salem Cem, Plain Dealing (Bossier Parish) LA. They had 8 children.

William Spurlin, b. 12 Jan 1769, NC, son of John Spurlin & Miley ----; d. 30 Apr 1835, Pike Co GA; m. Sarah ---- (b. 1766, SC; d. 4 Nov 1859, Pike Co GA). Both are bur. Old Hebron Cem., Pike Co. The inscriptions on their stones have eroded and are illegible today. William and Sarah had 6 children.
