My grandmother was Edith Sprout from Emmetsburg, IA. Her father was Alfred Sprout (1854-1939)& mother was Alice (Durant). Alfred had a brother Leonard (1867-1953)and according to one family tree I was given, Leonard and his wife Jennie (Durant) had a son named Ralph.

Alfred and Leonard's wives were sisters.
