I had to document all of this for the Mayflower Society. Like many others I claim several ancestors on the Mayflower. Thomas Rogers, Henry Sampson, and George Soule. The courage of these people getting on that tiny ship far outweighs the several ancestors eligible for the DAR, if you ask me.

My Abigail Rogers married John Richmond. Their son Ebenezer married Anna Sprout----you have all the dates and places.
Their son Sylvester Richmond married Abiah Elliott in 1736 at Braintree.
They named their son Sylverter, also, and he married Lusanna Weston in 1771. They named their son Sylvester (no imagination) too, and he married Nabby Newton. Their daughter Record Richmond (the name came from the Newton side) married Reuben Jewett.
Austin Jewett
.....Robert Maurice Jewett (Civil War)
.........Charles Merle Jewett
............Glenn L. Jewett
...............Barbara Jewett Martin (me)
I can give detailed information as well as documented information if you wish.
