The dates my grandfather (Sanford) gave me were pretty much what you have also. A question I have is Grandfather said Robert Sproul married a Isabel Hayes and she was French. Was he mistaken? I've never done record research, I only have word of mouth from what he told me. A coincidence however; my father (Joe) from Waynesfield became a teacher also, my mother started college in 1964(finished in 1974) and became a teacher. My brother teaches third grade in Ft. Wayne. I taught for 33 years and retired in '03; my husband taught fifth for thirty years and retired in '04. That's a lot of educators.
