Rochelle, Here's a post w/ Maude Mae Longabaugh that I copied & pasted for you. Maybe you'll find some connection through this poster. Notice the Last name has an "a" instead of "e" in the middle. I've seen this spelling more than once now for her.

I am in search of my mother's Longabaugh Ancesters, My grand-mother was Ira Jane Longabaugh, b. June 26, 1892, d. Oct 1967, Monthaque, TX. mar. Charley Becktol, Nov 15, 1913. She was d/o William Henry Longabaugh and Martha Evans.
Siblings to Ira Jane are: order of birth, u/k.
Lizy Longabaugh, b. Illinois.
Maude Longabaugh, b. Illinois.
Jack Longabaugh, b.mar 6 1906, Gainesville, TX.
Gilbert Longabaugh, b. Burns City, TX, d. 2 yrs old.
Minnie Longabaugh, b. March 31, 1900, Burns City, TX.
Dilly Longabaugh, b. Collinsville, TX
Annie Longabaugh, b.Montaque, TX

William Henry Longabaugh b. abt. 1865-1870 s/o George Longbaugh b. abt 1830-1840and Rebecca Warden.

George Longbaugh came from Low Dutch area of Holland, spoke no english, (Black Dutch).
Rebecca Warden was Irish and lived to be the age of 104 yrs.

My Mother said there is a connection to The Sundance Kid, I have Yet not proven that. It could have been through a cousin, Uncle , etc. Anything at all that anyone can do to help me gather my family tree will be greatly appreciated...
