I failed to add that Nancy "Mary" Springer married John Cowfer in Beaver Co., PA. Family history tells that either Nancy or her daughter who was Mary Elizabeth Cowfer, filed for Indian entitlement as her family were Blackfoot Indian's from the Philadelphia, PA area, I've failed to find anything to prove this other than a letter from a granddaughter that mentions this being done and that the family never received anything.
