Which David SPRINGER do you mean?
David SPRINGER d.1777 who m. Margaret OLIVER is not descended from Christopher SPRINGER (or Christopher's son Charles, or any other son of Christopher).
I can think of at least two other early-ish Davids, neither with a wife Margaret. If you are talking about David who m. Margaret OLIVER and the family went to Canada after David was killed, please email me and I will go over the results from our SPRINGER project.
