The last will of MARY J. REED has been filed with Clerk Kehler for probate. It is dated at Davis City, Dec. l8, l903, being witnessed by J.N. Gates and Jesse E. Poush. The will bequeathes all her property, real and personal to her husband, HENRY REED during his lifetime, and at his death is to be divided equally between her daughter CARRY L. PIERCY, her son ELMER REED, and the children of her deceased daughter, ALLIE M. CARTWRIGHT. HENRY REED is named as executor without bond.
