Thanks for the leads.
I've spent a lot of time reviewing "Maryland and Virginia Colonials: Genealogies of Some Colonial Families", by Sharon J. Doliante, and I find a lot of the Sprigg and Nuthall info in conflict with info I have from other sources. Bottom line: I don't feel it would be proper to post info that might be MIS-information. There's way too much misinformation on the internet already. Also, this is a copyrighted publication.
Sorry, John, I should have thought this through more before offering. I suggest you track down a copy through your local library.
I do suspect my Alice is the daughter of the Thomas and Katherine (Griffin) Sprigg, and will follow up on that.
