I made a mistake! James Spraker's wife was Elizabeth Feagle.
Spelled Feagle in census records and Fagelle on Death Certificate of William. The information on the death certificate was given by his wife, so it is quite possibly spelled wrong. I have to do more searching on that. There are too many Elizabeths, Elizas etc. in this family! Peter's wife is as you said, Elizabeth Groseclose. I have to put all the information in my program, but I won't do it until I'm sure it's right. Am I right in assuming our common relative would be Christopher (Jacob's father)?
We were just in Wytheville, with the phone book in hand! We didn't have enough nerve to start calling Sprakers.
You can Email me if you would like. According to what I've read on here, you have a lot more information than I do.
Thankyou for answering!
