I am looking for the parents of Eliza Sprague. Eliza was born June 23, 1807 in Rhode Island or Connecticut. She married Moses Saunders. Moses was born September 16, 1806 in Rhode Island. His parents were Asahel Saunders and Amey Rounds. Moses Saunders moved to California about 1851, Eliza followed about 1855. Moses and Eliza are buried in Vallecito, Calaveras County, California. Children of Moses and Eliza Saunders are: Amanda Saunders, b.1831 in Massachusetts; Eliza Saunders, b.1836 in Rhode Island; William Harrison Saunders, b.September 15,1842 in Central Falls, Providence, Rhode Island; Laura Bassett Saunders, b. 1844 in Providence, Rhode Island; Ira Saunders, b. March 27, 1848 Central Falls, Providence, Rhode Island.
