David Spivey a Bricklayer immigrated to the colonies from Germany OR came over on a German ship OR one that set sail from a German port. Born about 1720 he married Nancy Johnson. They had a son Zadock OR Zadoch Spivey Born 1776.

The date of David Spivey arrival in the New World is UKN as is his marriage date, BUT both of these they would probably be a few years just prior to the birth of Zadock.

Can anyone or does anyone know how to shed any light on David Spivey? How to track him back further?
