My husband is a descendant of the Raleigh (Rolley/Rolly) Spinks who was in Falls Co TX in 1870. I believe that he is the R H Spinks, born in GA, in Lauderdale Co MS in 1860.
I have done extensive research on the family. Below is what I have on him.

1850 Rolley Spinks, age 17, in Bibb Co AL
1860 R H Spinks, age 27, Lauderdale Co MS (wife Mary E - she was Mary Elizabeth Lacy)
1870 Raleigh Spinks, age 36, Falls Co TX (wife Elizabeth)
1880 R H Spinks, age 47, Comanche Co TX (wife M E)
1900 Rolly (Bally in index) Spinks, age 67, Borden Co TX (wife Mary)
1910 (Wife Mary living with son Marion J in Nolan Co TX)
1920 (Wife Mary E living with son Buster {Marion} in Nolan Co TX

R H Spinks (1833 - 1909)and Mary E Spinks (1838-1926) are buried in the Nolan Cemetery in Nolan Co TX
