I am trying to find my dad's father's people which includes his half brother Gauden. I know that Oliver Blake was born in England I have that birth certificate. I was told that he came to America through Niagara Falls New York. No records???? I also was told his family had settled in Canada. There was Benjamin Joseph Blake (husband), Ellen Marie Spink Whitehead Blake (mother) Benjamin (Brother), Beatrice (Sister who married Bennie Green the orchestra leader) then my Grandfather Oliver Blake who was born November 3, 1888. Some where in these years Oliver married a Regina and they had a son Gauden. My dad says that in Helen or Helena Montana they had some land. In 1944 my grandfather died in a veterans hospital in Montana. This is all the information I have on any of these ancesters other than Oliver and Regina got a divorce in Oregon.
