Ancestors to John Jackariah Spencer

I have traced my lineage back to John Jackariah Spencer: born c.1784 in Liverpool, England; died c. 1853 in Grayville, Illinois, USA; spouse: Eelizabeth Kershaw.

I have found I believe to be his father, Thomas Spencer: born c.1760 Rochdale, England; died c.1815 Rochdale, England; spouse: Mary ???.

However, I cannot find any additional ancestors. Does anyone have any additional information on this lineage?
