I recently looked up were my dad grew up. I thought he grew up in fayetteville. I now know it was Roseboro which is in Sampson County. If anyone can help me find my ancestry I would appreciate it. My dad is James Ray Spell and his dad was Oscar Spell. We also have a man in my family named Love A. Spell who is buried in the spell family cemetary. Please help.
I was also wondering where the origin of the Spell name came from
