Deed for Stantonsburg academy land

there are two surnames here in this deed that are of interest to me, and could prove important.
I seems that my wife could be descended from an OLD Jeremiah Speight of Gates County, NC who may have been the grandfather of an Elizabeth Speight who married Joshua Coffield of Bertie County, NC. Elizabeth died about 1830 and her father, William Speight, was executor of her estate in 1830 in Bertie County. She cites Nancy Speight as her sister, dau. of William Speight.
A Jeremiah Speight deeded land to his "son" William Speight in Gates County NC in 1795.My wife's earliest proven ancestor is Noah Speight who married March 14, 1815 in Perquimans County NC to Jemima Elliott. Noah seems to be very close to Jeremiah Speight of Perquimans, a probable brother of Nancy Speight and Elizabeth Speight.Jeremiah's wife was Lydia Moore, who had a sister named Penny (Moore) COFFIELD.I believe Noah Speight is a brother to Jeremiah Speight, Nancy, Elizabeth, John, Celia, Margaret, Ruth Speight.
I would like to find an estate recordor will circa 1830-1840 for William Speight, who was in Gates County in 1800 with a William Speight Jr, Jeremiah Speight, Fullington Speight, et al... possibly in Bertie County.
It is entirely possible that there's a Green County connection here too, as Jeremiah of Perquimans had a daughter Orpha Speight who was a minor in 1843. There was an Orpha Speight listed in an early census of Green County, NC along with Seth Speight, etc...
