While the dates and name (Speer vs. Speers) are slightly different from what is on the tombstone, this appears to be the family in question.
Catherine's father was Edward Alexander Speer, b. 1921 in Alleghany Co., PA. His father was James Augustus Speer. His mother Caroline Grant.
