David, as far and anyone has been able to dissern, the two Terrells are NOT the same, although they might share some other more distant relationship. I don't have my notes before me, but as I recall--for one thing--the two have birth years that are several years apart. Terrell in Rabun Co. is thought to have come from NC, while Terrell in Morgan Co., came from SC, by way of Elbert/Wilkes County, GA. Please contact me privately and I will be happy to share whatever information I have found on the two. Incidentally, notice that the spelling of Terrell varies from record to record, sometimes spelled with one "l," sometimes with two. It is also seen as"Terrill."
