Jacob's ggson Roland Root Speers, Jr lives in CA. I have his phone number.
How are you related? Isaac Cook Speers was a circus owner. Dr Elizabeth R. Root I believe received some of her medical education in Washington, PA. I had heard that she and Isaac were divorced. There were several Speers families in Marshalltown, PA. Please contact me.
