Thank you for posting your Spayd histories!
If 'Kate Spayd' is my 'correct' ancestor, then we are both decendents of Philip & John Spayd!
Below (quickly pulled from a website!) would be my line.

Philip SPAYD b: ABT 1770 d: ABT 1823
m. Catharina PAPP b: ABT 1770
John SPAYD b: 18 FEB 1792 d: 7 FEB 1860
m. Elizabeth ALBRECHT b: 6 APR 1791 d: 26 MAR 1846
William A. SPAYD b: 1829 d: 1905
m. Louisa LOOSE b: 1837 d: 1922
KATE SPAYD b: 1868
