Susie Sparrow/ Connection to Lincoln?

I have seen a lot of information about Abraham Lincoln's grandmother being married to Henry Sparrow. Abe's aunt and uncle being Thomas and Elizabeth Sparrow. I have a great great grandmother by the name of Susie Sparrow b. August 28,1880 in Vanburen KY d. December 20,1945 Jeffersontown KY. I am wondering if these two were connected. I have been told my whole life that I was related to Abe, but never knew the connection. Is this it?
