Nancy Sparrow married to Alexander Campbell in Maryland, USA in 1779

Looking for Nancy (Nandsay)Sparrow who married Alexander Campbell in Montgomery County, Maryland, USA, between 1779 and 1784. They had a son, Allen Campbell, born January 11, 1784 in Montgomery County, Maryland. There are possibly two daughters for Alexander Campbell as well as Allen Campbell.

The only marriage I've found so far for Alexander is to a Mary Sparrow in 1779. Is it possible that his wife was Mary Nancy or Nancy Mary Sparrow or were mary and Nancy Sisters?

Would appreciate any help on this.
