I have recently found a listing in the book "Tennessee Cousins" for the first land warrants in Davidson Co. On page 675 the listing reads, " LARDNER CLARK, 540 acres on Cumberland River, below Stewart's Creek, who obtained the right from JACOB McCARTY, who had it by assignment from HENRY SPARROW, November 30, 1784. Does anyone have any idea which HENRY SPARROW this could be? Could it be a Sparrow that moved on to KY? Thanks for your help.
