My great-grandmother Mary Taylor was the daughter of William and Missouri Sparks Taylor, as indicated by a death certificate I obtained for Mary's sister Willie Taylor Hawkins. Mary and Willie had one other sister, I believe. Her name may have been Minnie. I do not have any specific knowledge of who the other Taylor sisters married. Mary Taylor married Woody Ellison about 1900, and died in Birmingham, Alabama, in the early 1970's. They had only one child, my grandmother Ruby Edith Ellison Sims.
I do appreciate the information. I only wish I had more to offer on Missouri.
