My great-grandmother was Mary Kate Sparger, who married Earl Bailey. They resided in Grapevine, TX, which is located in Tarrent County. There is a road named for the "Sparger" family in Grapevine. They owned a large farm, my mother said that she believed it was a sweetpotato farm. The Spargers in Grapevine were very "well to do". They had a son (and possibly other children) Samuel Louie Bailey in the 1920's. That was my grandfather.
