Albert Alfred Adams - Spanish American War Phillipines

My grandfather, Albert Alfred Adams, was born October 28, 1862 in Naco, Arizona.
He died April 11, 1947 in Seattle, Washington.

His father's name was John or Henry (Irish). He had several brothers: George, Henry, James, John, Emanuel, Archibald, Charles and Samuel.

Mother: Morning Star (Navajo Indian)

He worked for the Union Pacific as a conductor in Green River, Sweetwater County in 1890. It is thought he lived there until 1898 when he went into the Spanish American War.

I believe he was in the U. S. Arm infantry. Also, he was wounded when he served in the Phillipines. So, does anyone have any info. on my grandfather serving in the Spanish American War?
