My ggrandfather was in Spanish-American War. He was out of California, and he wrote this amazing book/journal of his daily experiences. Only one copy in existance (I have) but it was writings and illustrations of his daily life in the war. His name was Edward "Eddie" Paquin. Does his name show up in your list?
