Frank H. JEFFORD of Company E, Sixteenth Infantry, who was wounded in the head at the battle before El Caney in Cuba, is well known in this city.He was brakeman in the railroad yards here for five or six years, butenlisted in the regulars in Idaho and held the rank of Corporal.
