Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Gene: Thanks again. It was great news, but the wrong Maurice. My grandfather died June 3, 1959, buried in Santa Cruz, CA. He was born in Hungary, Dec. 10, 1882. It was the right William Porter. We have been to the cemetary and seen his grave stone, but it is very worn so it is very hard to read dates. Thanks again. Diane
