Arkansas Roster - F.B.Young

My grandfather was in the SpanishAmerican War in 1898. He died in the Influenze epidemic in 1919. That is the family lore. His father's name was James Ellis Young and mother was Ioan(or Ione?) Marsh. His widow, Gracie, drew a pension for at least 30 years, in Texarkana. It came in the mail addressed to "Mrs. Frank B. Young, unremarried widow ". Only 1 of his children remain and she was not quite 7 years old when he died. Sadly, due to failing health, she is not able to remember much of anything anymore. I would like to know a little more about my grandfather, for myself and my grandchildren. Is there anyone who can help? Thank you, chris
