John Spangler
Posted by: Wilburn D Wright (ID *****1852) Date: February 10, 2006 at 13:09:51
  of 1589

Does anyone know of this John Spangler (b-ca.1761 d-ca.1811+) in Kentucky in the 1800's. His wife's name is Elizabeth -?- Spangler & is shown in the 1810 census for Fayette County. John gave permission, by memo attached to marriage bond (Fayette County Vol II 1803-1814) for his daughter's marriage Rebecca H. Spangler to Pettis Wright (John P. Wright) in Fayette County which was May 6, 1811. John Spangler died sometime between 1811-1814, but his wife is shown in the 1820 census (Elizabeth Spangler) with five daughters & no males at home. Rebecca H. Spangler was born ca.1785-1788. Any help on John Spangler or his family.
