I am not a Spangenberg but my fiance' and myself had bought a home in Lackawanna county that was built in 1900 by a Spangenberg. The builders son lives behind us in a newer home. He is a Spangenberg. Also the lake we live on is called lake Spangenberg. Just to let you know I'm not just some freak, I was actually looking for the history on the home. Hopefully this helps you.
