This is a good website if you want to research a possible Sephardic link to the Netherlands:

I don't have the time right to search, but I will see what I can do later. I did have a quick look at the burial register of the Sephardic community of Amsterdam (1639 - 1648), but there are no persons called Anthony or Hart in the register.
