Searching for ANY information for the Serradilla familiy of Madrid, Spain and New York, USA. My grandfather Fernando Serradilla was born in Madrid on May 30, 1884. His father was Antonio Gregorio Serradilla born in Madrid (?).
Mt grandfather had sibblings named: Antonio Gabriel, Jose Maria and Amparo. Jose Maria married Luisa Maria Monforte; there are decendants of this family still in Madrid.
My grandfather arrived in New York between 1903 and 1907. 1920 Census lists him as living in Manhattan at 208 E. 88th Street, Apt, 128, age 34 and working as a machinist in a torpedo factory.
There are remnants of my Serradilla family still living in Madrid and I would like to fill in the pieces in both Madrid and New York.
