Viada/Casadevalle/Vilaseca

Researching Joaquin Viada, born abt 1806, married Catalina Vilaseca. Their son Eduardo Viada born abt 1836, married Julia Casa de Valle. Eduardo apparently left Barcelona for Honduras sometime during the Cuba-Spain War.
Eduardo is found in La Ceiba, Honduras late 1890s. What was the family occupations while living in Barcelona? Was there a census for the years 1860-1870?
Thanks,
Sally
