Back ~1998, I was given directions to the Sowell Cemetery, some 10-12 miles southwest of the town of San Augustine in the county of the same name. As you can tell, they're typical country directions. I did find the cemetery though.
"The Norwood Community, off Farm Road #1992, approximately 1/2 mile from State HWY #103, left down a dirt road to Mrs. Claude Lee's home. The cemetery is located behind her home . . . it's about a mile or so."
