There is a sketch of Provided on the auction block in the 20 page pamphlet by Walter H. Southwick called "Early History of the Puritans, Quakers, and Indians with a Biography of Quaker Martyr Lawrence Southwick Emigrant Founder of the Southwick Family in America." I sent for copies of this from the Friends Historical Library at Swarthmore College. They were very helpful and the whole document is quite interesting and informative.
