Another follow-up. Do you have any more information on the battle you reference? The following actions in the neighborhood of Lebanon are the only ones listed by the St. Louis Public Library:

LEBANON, MO; 13 October 1861; battle; rebels defeated, 20 rebels dead, 1 Union soldier dead.
LEBANON, MO; 12 March 1862; rebels defeated, 13 rebels dead.
