My greatgrandfather was Angus York Little b. 1832 in Lincoln Co. Tn. He lived in Washington Co. Arkansas when he enlisted with the 1st Arkansas Cavalry Co. D. He got an eye put out during a skirmish. Angus was descended from John Angus Little and Samuel Little who married Elizabeth Boone. Elizabeth was the daughter of John Boone and Rebecca Bryan. John was the son of Squire's brother, Benjamin Boone. Angus had two brothers who were with the same unit - Benjamin and John Little.
