Hello. Thanks for responding so quickly. William and Judah
did have some daughters but I don't have their names handy; my info is at home. It would be no problem to send you pictures of William's and Judah's tombstones. I would have to mail them however b/c I don't have a scanner or even a digital camera, unless I find a friend who could do it for me. I'll check. The area where they are buried is quite beautiful, for I have many nice shots of it. It's abt 30 to 40 min from Knoxville.
Where did your husband's Southerlands come from? From Tennessee? I do know of some Southerlands who moved from our area to Wayne, Indiana. One is Isaac Sutherland (married a Woodward)and the other I believe was Abraham. I am confident that they were related to my Southerlands, possibly brothers to William.
I wish I had info on David b. 1754 (e.g., where he was born, who his parents were, his kids' names, etc).
