I'm looking for information on Palina Emily Stone and George Huden (possibly from NY). I've found out that their marriage was reported in a New York newspaper but they were actually married elsewhere. Prossibly in Oregon (Prineville or Humburg area) after crossing the plains in a covered wagon or Humboldt, CA. according to their g-g-grandson. Palina or Emily was born between 1834-1841 possibly in Missouri. In the 1860 census she was living with John Soper (from New Jersey) in Humboldt, CA with her son, Henry Huden. John Soper was a cousin of George Huden. If anyone has any further information on either George or Palina Emily or Henry, I'd love to hear from you.
