I know ancestry has Greenberry marrying Mary Mosers. However it seems probable that the handwriting is so difficult to read the person doing the transcribing made a mistake. I can find no record of a marriage, no nothing to indicate Mary was married to a Mosers after John Marrs died and before she married Greenberry. Considering how Greenberry's name is spelled Marrs to Mosers is not even a bad mistake.
I think it is very possible John Marrs and and Mary Killian were married in AR. Mary was born in AR and at least two of their children were born in AR. AR marriage records tend to be "missing", especially the period just before and just after the Civil War. So many courthouses burned during the war and records just were not always kept after the war. It took many years for AR to begin to recover from the war.
The name Nicea/Nicey is the most common female name in the Sooter family. However it was actually an uusual name. So it tends to be transcribed as Nancy by peope who have no knowledge of the Sooter family. However she was definitely Nicea Delilah. This is the marriage record for Nicea and John Rafferty. As you can see it is transcribed as Nancy instead of Nicea.

The 1900 census list John Rafferty with wife Nicissa in Japer County MO. One source sent me death date of December 18, 1964 in Jasper County MO but I have not verified it.
Mary was 30 years younger than Greenberry. Probably a "marriage of convenience". He needed a wife to care for him and she needed a husband to care for her and her five children. Apparently the marriage was very unhappy and the divorce was nasty. He was the one filing. He filed in August 1873 and the degree was granted in February 1874.
