Julius Sontag

My grandfather, Julius Sontag, wrote on his Social Security application that he was from Lorraine Germany. He came over from Germany to Canada around 1910-1915. Does anyone know Lorraine, Germany area and what else it might be named? He married Lydia Radacki in Canada during this time period after he brought her over from Germany with her Father-August and step-mother Millar and sister Clara.
How would I find the marriage application in Canada? I appreciate any help that anyone may have. Thanks, Lydia Cromer Bush
