I sent the plans and spec's to Queens Historical Society, to a Richard there. He is going to try to identify those homes from the plans. He as them now so if you visit him he will be able to show you. They from an architech in Brooklyn who designed the 'cottages'. But they were elaborate Queens Anne Victorian Homes, with turrets and porches and double entry doors, pocket doors and lovely molding. Judging from the plans. They would cost a fortune to build now. They are some one history. Richard is an archivist, I'm sure he will be able to tell you more. I found them maybe 30 years ago in a piece of furniture and kept them but it is time to make sure they are taken care of now. you might learn some piece of family history from them.
